You can also make direct payments using your credit or debit card. Select this option during the payment process.
We guarantee the security of your card information and assure that no personal information is shared with any third party.
To use this payment method, you need to enter your credit/debit card information. Please ensure accurate details are provided.
Resolving Payment Issues:
In case you encounter payment issues, follow these guidelines:
Error CSC_7200026 – Card Verification Required:
Check if there is a pending appeal on the page. If so, submit the necessary documents.
If you have already appealed online, wait for 1 business day.
Alternatively, you can change your payment method or ensure your card is valid with sufficient funds.
For other payment errors, follow the specific suggestions provided in the error messages.
Order Cancellation:
You can cancel an order based on its status:
Unpaid Order: Click the “Cancel Order” button directly on the order detail page.
Paid Order: You can request order cancellation. The process includes:
Clicking “Request Order Cancellation.”
Selecting a reason for cancellation.
If within 7 days of payment, the order cancels immediately. If over 7 days, the seller responds within 48 hours. If not, the order is automatically cancelled.
Refunds are processed to your bank/card account within 3-20 business days.
Extending Order Processing Time:
If the order status is “Awaiting Shipment” and you wish to extend processing time:
Log in to “My Orders” and locate your order.
Click “Extend Processing Time.”
Enter the extension time and click “Confirm.”
Submitting Card Verification Appeal After Payment Failure:
If payment fails and card verification is required:
Check if the payment card linked to your account is available under order history.
If not, visit ‘My Appeal’ and provide missing information in the ‘Message’ field for submission. The related team will review and update you.
For errors like CSC_7200026 or CSC_7200031, click “Claim on Alipay” to submit documents for card verification.
You will be directed to a page, click “Submit Appeal” to proceed.
